Artist Statement

A vast majority of my life I have had the pleasure of living in the greater Centennial and Laramie area. It was here that I discovered my passion and natural talent for the arts.

As I continued to grow as an artist I found myself being drawn to raw, everyday materials that are often discarded as junk. I felt a deep need to create the artistic vision I saw in these materials.

In my studio, I bring home materials I find out in the world such as; bullet castings, discarded pieces of copper, glass, and even old silverware.  I up-cycle these items to bring out the inner beauty I see in them out into the world as uniquely designed jewelry.

It is my aspiration to create jewelry pieces that are always one of kind as well as people can feel they are doing good for the Earth while wearing and enjoying these works of Art.
