Teton Glow Inspiration:

I created this painting last year while my husband was very sick and spending a lot of time in the hospital. This is one of the first paintings I completed in 2021 after I had taken about a 10 year hiatus from creating any art. School and life had gotten in the way, and all of a sudden when my husband became sick, I realized that I needed to focus more on the things that bring me joy and peace which include creating art and having a relationship with Christ. This painting was inspired by my faith and the rugged mountains in the Wind River Range of Wyoming where my husband and I had completed a long backpacking trip the summer before he got sick.
