Gem City Rainbow was designed by Laramie High School students and painted by participants during the 2019 Shepard Symposium on Social Justice.
Inspired by Laramie's geology, hydrology and geography connected to our precious Casper Aquifer; together with Australian Aboriginal culture and the Spiritual Law of the Rainbow Serpent, teaching us to "Care for Country", especially our water.
