Ulu Knife With Stand And Cutting Board

Woodworking Artist: Stuart Webster

Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Maple in the board

Oak knife handle

Ulu knives were developed by Inuits in Alaska and have been used for centuries to skin seals, chop vegetables, and even shape frozen snow for Igloos

The blades are VERY sharp and should be used with caution

The shape of the blade and hollowed out cutting board are great for chopping and dicing vegetables, and the flat side of the board can be used for chopping meat

8" long x 8" high x 1" wide board

Blade is 5 1/2" long 4 3/4" high with wooden handle

The knife handles, boards and stands have been treated with food-grade oil

Do not leave wooden board in water to soak

Clean with warm soap and water and quickly dry

Board and knife handle should periodically be re-coated with food-grade oil to prevent the wood from drying out and cracking

Wood block knife stand included

Please note items are handmade and there will be a slight variation between each piece
